The Problem

- Logistics integration at various location and having single source of truth for sales, inventory and production was biggest challenge.
Solution
- Project scope was tightly controlled with aggressive timeline. Project duration is 7.5 months
- Diligent has successfully implemented S4HANA to map business process in Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Financials & Costing etc.
- One Round of UAT and one round of mock cutback were carried out.
- Interfacing of logistics component with barcode and legacy HR application were carried out.
Result
S4 HANA 1511 F2 was implemented. In addition S4HANA simple finance and simple logistics following new S4HANA functionalities were deployed
