Farhan Mubashir has gained rich experience in development architecture and product development across multiple industries and technology platforms since 2003. Farhan’s experience in both mature and developing global markets have given him a profound understanding of product development methodology, including product planning, release strategy, product standards compliance, Q-Gates, test strategy, customer ramp-up, dual landscape synchronization, and release & corrections. 

As well as being the global solution owner and lead architect for an Asset Life Cycle Management product with industry-specific variants for Utilities and Oil & Gas, he has delivered large-scale custom development products across different platforms for clients including Center Point Energy, Bosch, Allianz, Daimler, Singapore Ministry of Defence, Miraca Holdings, Amgen, Unilever, and Carl Zeiss.

Farhan holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Delhi.

Atul Siddam is a qualified cost accountant who has been consulting since 2010. He has made an immense contribution to the growth of Diligent Global and has overall responsibility for quality. He has been involved in the functional roles of managing product costing, inventory control and production planning in a manufacturing organisation, and gained niche expertise in management accounting and CFO office solutions.

Atul has delivered over 30 projects across different platforms in both mature and developing markets around the world for clients. His clients include Mahindra & Mahindra, Olam International, GMR Group, RAK Ceramic, Wheels India, Brakes India, ABB, APGENCO, Mother Dairy, Supreme Foods, and ROBI Telecom.

Atul is a qualified Cost & Works Accountant (ICWAI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nagpur.

Kalpesh Chavda is a Director- Asia Pacific, he is also looking after CFO Function at Diligent. He is having 16 years of consulting experience with overall 18 years of work experience. Kalpesh has managed complex projects across the geography in the area of Simple Finance(S/4 HANA), Business Planning and consolidation, Oil & Gas, Controlling, Product Costing, Actual Costing and Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC Access control).

Prior to Co-founding Diligent, Kalpesh has worked with organisations like SAP Consulting, Mahindra Satyam and Navneet Publication.

Kalpesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India.

Amit Dhelia has been consulting since 2003, with experience of leading a Global Delivery Support team of 20+ operating in both mature and developing markets all over the world. He has delivered complex SAP projects in Business Suite, FI, Funds management (FI-FM), Controlling (CO), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Costing and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). 

Amit also has functional experience of managing Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), Group Valuation, Treasury, Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), Inventory Control and Profitability Planning.

Previous employers include IBM, Infosys, and Bristlecone Inc. Amit has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Kolkata and a Diploma in Management from SCMHRD, Pune. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

With 25+ years of experience as a leader in international sales, marketing, operations, customer success, demand generation, revenue operations, product management & strategy, Prakash Tripathi joins in as the Chief Revenue Officer at Diligent Global.

Prakash brings along his experience in the space of SAP, Managed Services and Digital Capabilities having built new presence for a number of organisations globally (in fast moving technology companies, including MNCs and Start-ups alike) from greenfield sites to teams in excess of 200 with revenue responsibilities from start-ups to in excess of $100m.

Prakash is a qualified Electronics Engineer.

Karthick comes with over 2 decades of experience in the IT industry spread across Microsoft & Non-Microsoft Technologies. Karthick brings with him international experience in working with customers across US, Europe, Middle-East & APAC.

Karthick is an ex-Microsoft and also an author of technology books. Karthick has technology exposure on Custom Development, Mobile Development, Analytics, AI/ML, RPA, Cloud and has led both Project Engagements for international customers and Managed Services teams.

At Diligent, Karthick anchors multiple engagements & initiatives in the Digital Practice and Emerging Technologies space. Karthick holds a Masters of Science degree in IT from Bharathidasan University, GNIIT from NIIT and multiple technology certifications.

Vaibhav comes with a rich experience in the technology domain. Vaibhav has total of 18 years of work experience. Vaibhav is leading Technical SAP team in Diligent.

Before co-founding Diligent, Vaibhav has worked with SAP India Consulting. Vaibhav has performed role of a Development which includes leading SAP Technical team in big Fortune 500 implementations & product development experience across industry and technology platforms.

With over 20 years of diversified experience covering the entire gamut of programme, project and portfolio management, Paulo has been responsible for leading Diligent Global’s operations since 2018. He is a passionate believer in the power of simplicity to drive efficiency, eliminate waste and reduce stress so that employees can focus more squarely on serving their clients.

Prior to his role at Diligent Global, Paulo was instrumental in setting up far-reaching processes to align delivery structures with business objectives at BHP Billiton before going on to spearhead large, complex transformations for global corporations at a consultancy firm. In 2016, he also realized his entrepreneurial ambition by cofounding an internet-based sports apparel brand.

With a National Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg, Paulo is certified by the Project Management Institute and is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
